Morgan Page is Headed to a City Near You This Summer

Growing up in rural Vermont, Morgan Page first started producing electronic music at the age of 12 after being exposed to the genre via a local college radio station – a station that, ironically, he’d become a DJ for later on. After taking an internship with the Plastic City imprint, Page released a steady stream of releases on labels like Bedrock, Nordic Trax, Fiji, and Saw from 2000 through to 2006 before landing on Nettwerk Records, his current home since his 2008 release Elevate.

With three studio albums, two Grammy Awards and five International Dance Music Award nominations, to his credit, Morgan Page has definitely established himself as one of the top producers of our generation. Songs like “Longest Road” and “Fight For You” have become classic anthems and are always sung aloud by fans on dance floors around the globe.

Disco Donnie Presents Brings Borgore to a City Near You

Borgore has had a very busy year. Besides reporting the “Unicorn Zombie Apocalypse” with Shannon Doherty this past April, the self-proclaimed ruiner of dubstep is gearing up for the release of his debut studio album #NEWGOREORDER. The first release from the album, “Ratchet,” is a quick snapshot of what you’ll hear on the album and will forever change the way you picture the nursery rhyme “If You’re Happy and you Know it.”

Borgore has been infecting us with “Gorestep” for quite some time. Incorporating sounds from horror movies, farm animals and sex, the combination of his hilariously questionable and inappropriate lyrics with his signature heavy dubstep sound, make Borgore irresistible to fans around the world.

In true Gore fashion, this spring and summer brought on more audio visual debauchery with the #NEWGOREORDER tour, invading twenty cities in the United States over two months. With shows that have been known to incorporate pole dancers, there are many surprises in store for this tour, but you can definitely expect to hear some of the material off the new album, due out July 8th. Cash Cash Added to the Inaugural Beach Blanket Bingo Festival

Disco Donnie Presents and Beach Buddy Events are excited to announce that the talented trio Cash Cash will be joining 12th Planet, Candyland, gLAdiator, Loudpvck, and Pegboard Nerds for the first ever Beach Blanket Bingo Festival on the beautiful shores of Wildwood, New Jersey (between Baker and Roberts ave) this coming Saturday, June 28th.

First gaining exposure as a band called The Consequence, Cash Cash turned to the sounds of dance in 2008. Since then, their name can be seen all over the place including their lengthy list of originals, which they produced, recorded, mixed-down, and mastered all on their own, but also their extensive remix projects for artists like Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry, Krewella, Capital Cities, Bruno Mars, Showtek and Icona Pop. Known for their emotive, melodic and progressive sound, get ready to see some lightning when Cash Cash performs at Beach Blanket Bingo Festival, the best day you’ll have at the beach this summer. Announcing the Headliners for Sun City Music Festival 2014

The gates opening to Sun City Music Festival may be a long time coming, but the lineup for the Labor Day weekend event is nearly finished. Soon, we will be soaking up the desert sun as we dance and groove to some of the most well-known and cutting edge artists to date. Have you bought early bird tickets yet?

There will be over 30 artists across three stages who will soundtrack the celebration, but before we announce the complete lineup we have planned for the massive two-day event taking place August 30th and August 31st in El Paso’s Ascarate Park, we’ve got an announcement that will get you pumped and excited about your impending Labor Day.

Our headliners for Saturday, August 30th will be dance music legend Tiësto and breakout talent Martin Garrix and on Sunday, August 31st, David Guetta and Above & Beyond will join the stacked main stage. Other talents including Carnage, Showtek, and W&W are also set to join the sun-soaked lineup.

A Whole New 'Worlds' with Porter Robinson and Disco Donnie Presents

Porter Robinson can show you a world – shining and sonically splendid. Gearing up for yet another career milestone, the 21-year old talent recently announced his long-awaited debut album will be unleashed to the masses on August 12th. Due out on Astralwerks, Worlds is a stark, yet welcomed contrast from the sounds that helped shape his career.

Stepping outside the confines of festival main stage structure, the album’s first single, “Sea of Voices” has a beautiful chord progression made with multi-layered synth pads, bringing a hopeful dynamic to an otherwise sombre atmosphere. The second single “Sad Machine,” which premieres Porter on vocals for the first time, takes a very ambient and mystical tone, evoking a cerebral, almost fairytale-like composition. But the addition of fleeting glitchy-edits throughout the track, gives a faint nod to Porter’s electro roots, while continuing on in their sonic evolution.

Moving past the album’s buzzworthy tonal benchmark, Porter has also revealed yet another exciting piece to the Worlds puzzle. This coming fall, Porter is hittin’ the road to embark on the Worlds tour all across North America. Though few details have been revealed, our bet is that much like the album, the tour will showcase Porter’s unique musical vision and artistic metamorphosis.
