Christina Boemio is the manager for Spock & day-to-day manager fo Pouya, Getter, Terror Reid, ELIOZIE, Parker, Yakz, AWEMINUS, and Axel Boy. Christina handles pretty much anything and everything, from advancing shows, touring & event logistics, visas, booking travel, artist relations, contracting, distribution, marketing, social media, creating & updated websites, and graphic design. After having prior experience working in artist relations in New Orleans, she knew this was the industry she was destined to be in. In 2014 Christina moved to LA with the dream of wanting to work in Electronic Music. After 6 months of living in LA, she landed the publicist job for Borgore’s Buygore Records. A Year later she transitioned to management full time. Christina is known for her organization and creativity. Her natural curiosity and vivid imagination brought her to pick up photography and graphic design on the side. This allowed her to expand her skill set and where she does photography for Clutch Creations, Content for Rave Nailz along and other freelance gigs.

Hyacinth Belcher has been breaking stereotypes since the moment she fell in love with music. From being the first girl in her high school to be put on the snare drumline in marching band to taking over as CEO of Onstage, Hyacinth has overcome countless adversities in the industry. While studying theatre at SMU she began working as a call steward and lighting technician for her family’s company. She would spend the next decade playing electronic drums, acoustic drums and fretless bass for various local industrial and rock bands in DFW. During that time she started programming lights, then stage managing and finally Production Managing festivals while learning the in’s & outs of AV in our family business. As time went on, she was determined to run the family business and despite many negations along the way that “A female can’t lead a business in this industry; it’s a man’s world”, she knew what I wanted more than anything. Her efforts prevailed and, and shes made so many notable achievements a reality for Onstage. Including being named one of the top 10 AV companies in 2020 by Bizbash, working with clients like Disco Donnie, Lights All Night, George Strait, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Mark Cuban and supporting non profits like the Komen Race for the Cure. Most recently shes explored uncharted terrain by creating projects including a drive in series during Covid, that found a way to get people back to work safely. This not only helped events stay live, but allowed many people a momentary return to ‘normal’ in a time where so many are struggling.Hyacinth didn’t stop there and she joined as the Texas Vice Chair of the newly formed advocacy group for the industry, the Live Events Coalition.

Ascia Johnson is a marketing genius and secret virtuoso. Growing up surrounded by music and its art, Ascia was proficient in 10 different instruments (yes, you read that right. TEN!). While she had a natural talent and passion for performing, she decided to take a different path and pursue a career in music on the business side. Graduating from Babson College Ascia immediately packed up her car and drove to Los Angeles, to begin two internships with Dim Mak Records and Wantickets. After some other internships and temp jobs in the industry, she was drawn back to Dim Mak where she was the marketing coordinator for 3.5 years. In November of 2019 Ascia began her own journey and found herself wearing many hats. As a full time digital marketing consultant for a variety of artists and brands, every day is different and filled with new tasks. Her main responsibilities involve release campaign strategy, social media management, and branding, with a sprinkle of graphic design and video editing.

Brooklyn born and raised with an accent to prove it, Elizabeth Flynn (AKA LizzIe) is a one of a kind leader who means business. Lizzie got her start in the industry at various nightclubs where she learned the ropes of the New York music scene. Whether it was producing marches and parades for NYC Pride or the Village Halloween Parade in NYC, project managing corporate events for Fortune 100 brands, AR leading or box office managing; Lizzie has kept the mantra of “Evolve or Dissolve ” throughout. This year has caused major devastation to the music industry so Lizzie took matters into her own hands and “pandemic pivoted” to working on the frontlines to assist fighting the big C19 since April. She continues to make an impact on her community as she waits to get back to working on Made Event’s year round calendar of events & Electric Zoo Festival.

Dancing straight from the bayou, Taran Cornejo is the Sr. Marketing Manager at AEG Presents Gulf Coast (Winter Circle Productions, BUKU Music & Art Project, Hangout Music Festival) + Artist Management for sfam. After attending Lights All Night in 2012, Taran Cornejo fell in love with culture and knew that this was the path she was destined to take. Starting off as a street team promoter, she worked through flyering, managing street teams, volunteering and years of merch, operations, health and safety and box office at different gigs until she reached her current role with AEG. Taran is responsible for the marketing of all shows and festivals which include around 100 shows a year, BUKU, Hangout and various large capacity events around Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest & Halloween. Taran says “the way music connects and has an impact on people is a beautiful thing, and being a part of that in any way is pretty cool.”

Based in Oklahoma City, Mystee Yannarella doubles as a marketing director by day and DJ by night. Her day job includes working with various artist management teams and partners developing local ad plans and market strategies to coordinate the best ways to promote different events, on top of overseeing the Subsonix street team. Her DJ career began six years ago, and has since played a variety of shows as well as the festivals such as Dancefestopia & Ubbi Dubbi. In addition to taking on all these responsibilities, she wanted to make an impact on her community and thus reformed the Subsonix Angels. This program was designed to help combat issues in the music scene such as sexual assault and suicide awareness. Her dedication to creating safe environments to dance is one of the many things that makes her stand out from the crowd

Originally from Denver, Colorado – Jade is currently an artist manager living in LA, working with some of your favorite artists like Of The Trees, Chee, 1788-L, G Jones, Eprom and more. Getting her start in the event world, Jade got into the industry interning at clubs like Beta Nightclub in Denver and Q Nightclub in Seattle. Her main experience has been in marketing and artist relations for a handful of different venues and artists before making her way into the management world a few years ago working at C3 Management. Many people know Jade for being forward facing with fans, running groups for her artists and helping with merch across her team’s roster, but most of her work is behind the scenes handling everything across the board to help make her artists’ visions come to life. She will soon be part of launching a new management venture with the other partners on her team.

Megan is an assistant to the Disco Donnie Presents talent buyers and the Event Director and Artist Liason for B&W Productions, a company based out of Saint Louis, MO. For Disco Donnie Presents she is responsible for creating offers, artist advancing, managing the event calendar, and reviewing contracts. She is responsible for the Box Office, artist management, and event planning for B&W Productions hosted events. She started off as a ticket clerk and street team coordinator for B&W Productions which eventually grew into the Event Director and Artist Liason. Her hard work finally landed her a job at Disco Donnie Presents four years later.

Anna Marie Taylor Cavitt – AKA AMC – is an artist manager for Substrukt (Zaxx & GHOST DATA) and regional marketing & operations manager for Disco Donnie Presents Texas. Growing up in Dallas, AMC has been making her mark on the scene before she was even old enough to get into the shows she was promoting. At the age of 17 she worked her first major festival called Tomorroworld and hasn’t slowed down since. Over the past 10 years, AMC has been involved in 46 festivals and 1000+ shows including Ubbi Dubbi, Freaky Deaky, Electric Zoo, Friendship, Lights All Night, Spring Awakening, Sunset Music Fest & many more!

Every Marketer and digital writer can memorize rules, but how you get people’s attention requires innovative creativity and Devon Fielding makes it look easy. She is responsible for giving a voice to the characters from Ubbi Dubbi which became a nationally recognized festival in its first year. Devon is currently the Digital Marketer at Universal Music Group in E-commerce and Label Services Department. She handles all e-commerce promotions efforts for UMG subsidiary UMG Nashville, pitching, planning, and executing promotions on their artist stores. Devons also coordinates with her clients creative teams to get assets for the stores, socials, and ads. In addition, she also works on a few other projects for UMe, the catalog arm of UMG, including the Go-Go’s, Ed Sullivan Show, and Steve Miller Band, coordinating all of their marketing from socials to email to merch to livestreams and more. She attributes her success to transparency and ability to build relationships, even over email, that could last a lifetime.

Andrea got her start in the Live Events industry back in the 90’s, producing and promoting raves in Texas. She has spent the last 25 years honing her skills in Event Operations including talent relations, logistics, access control/ticketing, creative programming, production and the legal side of events. A music lover first and foremost, her forward momentum in the industry comes from the amazing opportunities she has earned through her hard work, dedication, creativity, and passion. The founder of AMB Event Group & Co-Founder of That’s How It Starts Event Management, her companies work with multiple brands including BLNK CNVS, Medium Rare, Lights All Night, Insomniac, Backbone International, All My Friends/Friendship, Electric Zoo and Disco Donnie Presents for the past 11 years.

In 2013 Canaan got her start in the music industry with managing the box office operations and handling artist relations + hospitality for a concert venue in Houston. 500+ concerts, 12 Steve Aoki cakes and 400 Dada Life pillows later, in 2016 Canaan decided to leave her job in Houston and move to Nashville. She transitioned into the freelance world and has had the amazing opportunity to work with events / festivals such as EDC LV, Imagine, Middlelands, Mempho, Freaky Deaky, Shaq’s Fun House, Gronk’s Beach Party, and Beyond Wonderland.
While working different events and music festivals, as of 2017, Canaan is also working full time for Eventbrite on the Payment Operations team. Most of her primary day to day focus includes reviewing contractual agreements, reconciling complex payment calculations, and leveraging data from multiple banks and 3rd party payment processors to make sure buyers can easily pay for tickets, process refunds, and payments to event creators are issued correctly on time.

Currently based in Texas, Dani’s role at Pyrotecnico as the Senior Project Manager is to take clients’ dreams and visions and make them reality. This includes everything from staffing, gear and consumable allocations, scheduling, documentation, and communications between the client, company, local authorities, and crew members. Although Dani is more behind the scenes these days, she loves nothing more than getting out there with her fellow crew members and interacting with Pyrotecnico’s clients and artists on-site to execute the “oohs and ahhs” of a show. Hearing the roar of the audience after that first moment of lasers filling the sky, or after the blast of a pyrotechnics cue, is extremely satisfying and a great way to know your job has had a memorable impact on people.

She continues to be instrumental in the development of Washington DC’s widely acclaimed Echostage, which was voted DJ Mag’s #1 venue in North America, #2 in the world for 2019 and has remained top ranked ever since. With over a decade of experience working for Glow, Heather also spearheads the booking and marketing strategy at their sister venue, Soundcheck, which has served as a space to host more intimate performances for a wide range of artists from industry heavyweights to up-and-coming talent. Additional projects include Moonrise Festival, Clubhouse Festival, Thank You Festival, Preakness Infield Festival, and many more to come.

If you’ve ever been to an electronic show in Oklahoma, you’ve probably crossed path with the incredible Kate Moran. Kate is the Operations Manager for Subsonix. From a Paint Party in the spring to a Funk Fest on the 4th of July and all the heavy bass that comes through their events regularly, Subsonix keeps a variety of entertainment flowing through their cities. They’ve produced events with some of your favorite artists such as Excision, Riot Ten, Steve Aoki, Blunts N Blondes, Liquid Stranger and many more! Kate works with artist and management teams to coordinate and advance upcoming shows to ensure a seamless event. This usually includes day of show schedules, transportation and lodging. On show days Kate manages the hospitality and box office employees, and oversees cash-flow from ticket sales. She stands as the liaison between the venue, security, staff, any vendors and patrons. Because of her involvement with the Oklahoma music scene Kate was able to be a part of the leadership team; helping coordinate operations and lodging,for the inaugural Wakaan Music Festival in 2019.

As a Client Service Manager, Lotus McLaurin is the main contact at See Tickets for event promoters and producers in getting the ticketing for their events set up. She works with clients to choose the best way forward when planning and executing events, from a ticketing standpoint. On-site, she serves as the primary point of contact for See Tickets and manages an on-site field ops team. Her ability to embrace challenges and immediately find solutions sets her apart as a leader. While in college she worked guest services at a nearby amphitheater, early on in her experience there, she knew she wanted to work in the entertainment industry as a career, so she transferred schools and changed her major from Nursing to Arts and Entertainment Management. From there, she went on to intern at Fuse TV and take on the Box Office Manager roles at Brighton Music Hall and Paradise Rock Club in Boston. In 2013, she ran the box office for her first destination concert series that changed the direction of her career ultimately leading to her current position at See Tickets in 2017

Shai’s tenacious work ethic and ability to wear many hats makes her a person of courageous determination and energy. Shai got her start in the industry when she met OWSLA team at Ultra Miami and told them she would move to Los Angeles if they gave her an internship. Shai kept her word and at 18 years old she packed her bags and moved to LA. Shai eventually moved to Insomniac where she was the label assistant at Insomniac Music Group & Brand Specialist at Bassrush for three years before transitioning to her current role.

After getting a bachelor’s degree in art, Tessa began photographing for music publications like Dancing Astronaut to build her portfolio. From there she was unstoppable. She landed a seven week bus tour, had one of her photos featured on the front cover of DJ Mag, worked on the Lost Lands Media team and continued touring with multiple artists. This multi-faceted woman can provide support to so many different departments in and out of the festival realm. Her experience doesn’t just run with festivals either. Since the music industry was shuttered by the pandemic, Misty has taken her skills and expertise to support various COVID-19 testing sites across the state of Texas making her a true heroine on and off the dance floor.

Lyssia Roussel is a Bilingual French-English Canadian raised in sunny Florida and has over 9 years of experience in the production field of the music industry. Lyssia fell in love with live events in her teens while working at a local theater and has since worked her way up as Rigger, Stage Manager and Quartermaster. The quartermaster is one of the most important parts of a festival as they are in charge of the Site Crew boneyard and the contents therein; they are the ones you come to when you need any heavy machinery, shop tools, site items, or anything else to make production come to life. A typical day as quartermaster is characterized by meeting challenges with heavy equipment and golf cart usage, managing inventories, being the information hub, and keeping everything fueled while meeting deadlines. Her organizational skills, mental agility, and resilience under pressure has made her a key player in the industry and inspiring role model who proves that any tough job is a woman’s job. She is always the first person on site & last to leave, but seeing the fruits of her labor being enjoyed by thousands of smiling faces in the audience makes all the hard work worth every bit of it.

She began her journey in the music industry in 2016 and has since worked Artist Hospitality for events such as Friendship, Shaq’s Fun House, Dirty Bird Campout, Lost Lands, Sunset Music Festival & Ubbi Dubbi. Her drive and expertise in the live event space, makes her a versatile and sought-after asset for any team, and these traits have landed her gigs in various departments for Coachella, Shambhala, Envision, Okeechobee, Lightning In A Bottle, EDC, Rolling Loud NY, Electric Forest & III Points. More recently, Christina was on road as the Blunts n Blondes Hot Box Tour merch coordinator, before COVID-19 caused a slight detour. Since then, Christina has been working Drive-In concerts, which provides an opportunity to experience live music in a safe & socially-distanced environment.

Jaime Sloane is a public relations, marketing, and communications maven with more than a decade of experience spearheading creative campaigns for various music-related projects. Currently, Jaime serves as the Global Communications Manager for Ultra Worldwide. She develops major, multi-territory media opportunities for 20+ global markets, and leads domestic public relations initiatives for the flagship Miami festival. When festival work slowed down in 2020, she also launched JSloane Creative to independently promote artists she believes in. Before joining mob, Jaime launched the Los Angeles arm of New York-based music public relations firm Rephlektor Ink. She served as the West Coast PR Manager for three years, leading campaigns for artists such as Claptone, Loco Dice, Louis The Child, Flosstradamus, NGHTMRE, Seven Lions, and Tritonal, and representing labels like Ultra Music, Anjunabeats, and Circus Records. Jaime cut her teeth in electronic music as the Head of PR for Dim Mak, managing public relations for the label’s artists, releases, and events.

Sara Abee is the Marketing Coordinator for Charlotte-based promotion company, Sugar Society. Sara is responsible for coordinating all social media posts, managing the street team, and assisting with executing the localized marketing plans both physically and digitally. Sara also manages the box office and is the assistant to the director for all event operations. After graduating from Appalachian State with a major in Advertising and a minor in international business, Sara gained experience in event management through assisting in the production of large-scale retail pop-up events across the east coast. She continues to provide contractual work for various event agencies in Charlotte by organizing promotional events for brands such as Grey Goose and Bacardi. Her knowledge and experience in the live event space make her a force to be reckoned with as she continues to make an impact on the Charlotte dance scene.
