This year, Carnage presents RARE will return to Orlando at the Central Florida Fairgrounds on October 7th, 2017. The unique festival concept envisioned exclusively by Carnage serves up a full day of hip-hop, R&B, bass, and trap with featured artists Travis Scott, ZHU, Lil Dicky, Super Duper Kyle, Graves, and more to be announced.
