Club Events

Can I transfer a ticket to another person?

If you are requesting a ticket transfer to another person, you must bring a photocopy of the ID used to make the purchase to the box office.

Can I request a refund?

If you are requesting a refund, refunds are not possible, unfortunately. As stated on the event information page and the order confirmation page, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.

Do I need to print my ticket?

If you have the barcode on your phone, you do NOT need to print your ticket.

Will tickets be mailed to me?

Tickets will not be mailed. The QR code on your order confirmation is your ticket. All tickets must be either printed out and brought to the event, or you may show your ticket with the barcode on your phone.

What if I don't see my payment confirmation email?

If you ordered a ticket and do not see your order in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see your tickets or are experiencing other technical issues, please visit please visit, email, or contact by phone at 323-908-0607 (8:00 AM - 7:00 PM PT, Monday - Saturday).
