‘Guardian’ of Electronic Music Paul van Dyk Hits the Road

The legendary Paul van Dyk hits the road upon the release of his latest remix EP for the “Guardian” single. After more than two decades of globetrotting, Paul van Dyk has long secured his spot as one of the world’s ultimate superstars of electronic music.

Though his roots in trance date back to the early 90s, today Paul van Dyk’s approach is less genre-centric. The internationally revered DJ certainly knows a thing or two about how to get a party started and believes that electronic music is the most progressive kind of music there is saying, “For me, the beauty of electronic music was always about branching out, and [using] all these different elements to create something unique.” The German-born producer’s accomplishments don’t end behind the decks. Growing up in East Berlin and witnessing the political turmoil, amongst other things, has led van Dyk to lead a champion numerous charitable organizations.

Following the release of his most recent single, “Guardian,” an uplifting instant-classic alongside Aly & Fila with vocals from Sue McLaren, Paul van Dyk is ready to keep watch as he heads to a city near you!

Above & Beyond ‘We Are All We Need’ Tour Poster ContestAbove & Beyond’s latest studio album We Are All We Need is out now and to celebrate, the trio’s accompanying tour will be doing a thorough sweep across North America with select dates brought to you by Disco Donnie Presents.

To echo the We Are All We Need sentiment, we’ve created a contest that when connecting the pieces of a puzzle could win you the grand prize. To represent our long string of events, four custom flyers will be given out and when pieced together they create a large tour poster. Find all four corners and you might be our winner!

How to Enter the Above & Beyond Poster Contest

Four unique Above & Beyond concert flyers are heading your way to be handed out after participating local events. Only one flyer/corner will be distributed at each of the upcoming events, so keep an eye out for these custom flyers when you leave the dance floor.

When you collect all four corners, share the image of the complete poster on social media using your city’s specific hashtag and you’ll be entered in our contest. Eric Prydz Generate Tour Features Support from Los Angeles Duo Ricoshëi

Eric Prydz returns to his club roots on the anticipated Generate Tour. Getting its name from an upcoming single, the Generate tour sees the progressive tastemaker hit the road for a slew of intimate performances where he’ll undoubtedly dive deep into his catalogue during the extended sets. Joining the Swedish import are Los Angeles up-and-comers, Ricoshëi, recently added for support on the tour.

Newcomers of the house scene, Ricoshëi, have been playing some of the hottest gigs on the festival circuit after their debut single “Perfect Like You,” out on Pampa Records, won the summer. Now considered one-to-watch by everyone from Mixmag to SPIN, expect great things from this duo as they hit the road with one of electronic music’s most influential producers. Come generate some lovin’ with Eric Prydz and Ricoshëi on our partnering dates!

Get Faded with Adventure Club and Disco Donnie Presents this Spring

Hailing from Montreal’s great white north, Canadian duo Adventure Club have exploded onto the scene thanks to their self-coined clubstep sound that, among other things, features dreamy female vocals, melodic toplines, and massive drops. With their twisted sense of humor backed by a solid crate of tunes, these producers still manage to remain down-to-earth, even as they carry the torch being one of the hottest acts in North America’s bass industry.

Having known each other since high school, the BFFs of Adventure Club spent the first 10 years of their friendship in a screamo band before going full-on electronic. Despite a nonexistent education in dance music production, the guys made a quick and (dare we say) painless transition over, using their music theory background to learn the basics of sound design and synth manipulation – unknowingly creating the foundation for their personal brand of dubstep.

The boys first caught our attention in 2012 with their Flight Facilities remix of “Crave You” but have since continued to keep us dancing with releases like “Rise and Fall” alongside Krewella and “Gold” with Yuna. Released back in fall 2014, the fellas’ latest release with Zak Waters, “Fade,” became an instant fan-favorite, shooting to iTunes’ Top 5 overnight. With each release more viral than the last, it’s easy to see how Adventure Club went from being “newcomers” to “seasoned” so quickly.

Marching into 2015 with a residency at Drai’s Las Vegas, les hommes d’Adventure Club may currently be hard at work in the studio finishing their long-awaited debut studio album, but we convinced them to step away from the synthesizers for several dates this spring. So, get ready for a feels trip when Adventure Club come steppin’ to a city near you!
