Plan, Promote, and Party with the New Orleans Campus Ambassador Program

Disco Donnie Presents has been producing festivals and events in New Orleans and surrounding areas for two decades now, so we’ve learned a thing or two about producing events. It takes a lot of time to plan and organize events like Zoolu, a Mardi Gras favorite and staple to the city. And now we’re looking to expand the team. If you’ve ever wanted to get a leg up in the music and entertainment business, here’s your chance!

The Campus Ambassador Program is a new concept where partygoers like you can learn to plan and promote events hosted by Disco Donnie Presents. We’re looking for motivated and socially-active leaders on college campuses across the region, who have a passion for dance music and its culture. We need your insights and experience on your campus to show us how to best market Disco events on your school. Your efforts earn you free entry to the events hosted by Disco Donnie Presents and commission of the total sales made from the tickets you sold.

The Campus Ambassador Program is a great way to sharpen your professional skills and polish your résumé with some eye-catching work experience.

Meet the Producers of Electronic Opus: BT

Taking over the Adrienne Arsht Center of Performing Arts in downtown Miami, the multi-faceted talents of BT collide with dazzling symphony arrangements as Electronic Opus makes its debut at Winter Music Conference.

Opus isn’t just a treat for the ears – the multimedia show also features custom 3D-mapped projections and holographic displays, making for a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience that’s a feast for the eyes as well. Each component of the show has been re-imagined exclusively for this special endeavor and we want to highlight the minds bringing it all together. First up – BT.

An Opus of the Past

BT is a familiar name to dance music fans; the Grammy nominated craftsman has been stretching electronic music to its technical breaking point for two decades, whether it be for his own productions or for his efforts with a variety of other artists like Paul van Dyk, Peter Gabriel, Tori Amos, Depeche Mode, The Roots, and even Madonna.

Having composed original scores for TV and films like The Fast and the Furious and Monster on a variety of instruments, often using instruments that he’s altered himself, BT’s talents go far beyond that of an average producer; he’s a composer, technology enthusiast, multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter too. For Electronic Opus, BT brings his vocal, guitar, pianos, or of course, DJ skills to the main stage.

Don’t miss the WMC debut of Electronic Opus at the Adrienne Arsht Center of Performing Arts on Sunday, March 29th. Tickets are on-sale now, buy your tickets today!

‘Hurricane’ Season Comes Early as Adventure Club Hits Florida With a Set of Tour Dates

One of bass music’s hottest acts this side of the Atlantic, Canadian duo, Adventure Club is making their rounds through the Sunshine State bringing their self-coined clubstep sound to a city near you!

We first started getting down to Adventure Club back in 2012 after their breakout edit of Flight Facilities “Crave You,” but these two BFFs have been palling around since their high school days, long before honing their mutual production prowess. Amassing a devout following largely due to their free music model, Adventure Club have made a name for themselves by giving us a massive, well-constructed library of tunes to listen to while remaining humble through the journey.

In the same vein of their latest remix of MS MR, “Hurricane” season hits Florida a little early as Adventure Club to storm through the state with a string of local shows, brought to you by Disco Donnie Presents. Join us on our partnering dates.
