Kill Paris Connects the 'Galaxies Between Us' on Upcoming Tour

After two successful EPs on OWSLA, Kill Paris has recently announced the launch of his very own record label Sexy Electric Records. The first release on the imprint will be his debut studio album Galaxies Between Us and to celebrate, the Boulder-native is embarking on his biggest run of shows to date on the Galaxies Between Us tour!

Kill Paris has been composing music since he was just 16 and even earned a degree in recording arts. Blending his love of glitch, electro, funk, and bass, on stage, the talent performs a live set made almost entirely of his own originals and remixes. But for his debut album, Kill Paris expands his sound, taking listeners on an ambient, spaced-out electronic journey – a style he calls “Heavy Chill.” The lead single “Space Forest” is a perfect example, coaxing you with distorted vocals, drifting pianos, and trippy synths.

Ready to take you on a ride through space, Kill Paris is hitting the road on the Galaxies Between Us tour with 40 dates across North America. With support from Louis Futon and Bees Knees, get ready to be blown away when Disco Donnie Presents brings the show to a city near you – join us on our partnering dates.

Meet the Producers of Electronic Opus: BT

Taking over the Adrienne Arsht Center of Performing Arts in downtown Miami, the multi-faceted talents of BT collide with dazzling symphony arrangements as Electronic Opus makes its debut at Winter Music Conference.

Opus isn’t just a treat for the ears – the multimedia show also features custom 3D-mapped projections and holographic displays, making for a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience that’s a feast for the eyes as well. Each component of the show has been re-imagined exclusively for this special endeavor and we want to highlight the minds bringing it all together. First up – BT.

An Opus of the Past

BT is a familiar name to dance music fans; the Grammy nominated craftsman has been stretching electronic music to its technical breaking point for two decades, whether it be for his own productions or for his efforts with a variety of other artists like Paul van Dyk, Peter Gabriel, Tori Amos, Depeche Mode, The Roots, and even Madonna.

Having composed original scores for TV and films like The Fast and the Furious and Monster on a variety of instruments, often using instruments that he’s altered himself, BT’s talents go far beyond that of an average producer; he’s a composer, technology enthusiast, multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter too. For Electronic Opus, BT brings his vocal, guitar, pianos, or of course, DJ skills to the main stage.

Don’t miss the WMC debut of Electronic Opus at the Adrienne Arsht Center of Performing Arts on Sunday, March 29th. Tickets are on-sale now, buy your tickets today!
