Sun City Music Festival Returns Labor Day 2016 in El Paso
With the mountainside poppies in bloom, the summer season lies ahead. Prepare to enter our world during the sixth annual return of Sun City Music Festival this Labor Day weekend, September 3-4th in El Paso, TX. The Road to SCMF starts now! Thank You for Giving Back and for an Amazing Fore on the Floor
We’d to like thank everyone who came out to Fore on the Floor this past Wednesday, March 17th during WMC to swing away for a good cause and throw down at our second Charity Golf Classic. Our time at the Miami Beach Golf Club was spectacular and because of your support, our fundraising efforts were able to raise $10,000 to benefit the Watering Seeds Organization – a group dedicated to providing sports rehabilitation and recreational opportunities for Wounded Warriors.
Anthony Netto, founder of the Stand Up and Play Foundation, also pledged to match the funds raised by the tournament in order to place a brand new $30,000 paramobile device in the Miami area. The Stand Up and Play Foundation helps wheelchair users and others with impaired mobility have the opportunity to stand up and participate in sporting, artistic and other daily events.
Again, we want to offer our many thanks to everyone who came out to Fore on the Floor and helped give back to our community. Here’s how to enter our festival totem contest and cast your vote for Disco Donnie for President!
- Design and create your custom Disco Donnie for President totem.
- Submit a picture of your totem by Friday, April 15th on Instagram using the #DiscoDonnieForPresident hashtag, and don’t forget to mention Something Wonderful!
- The top five submissions will be selected two weeks prior to the event. Fans can then head to @DiscoDonniePresents‘ Instagram to cast their vote for their favorite #DiscoDonnieforPresident totem.
Prizes
Two winners will be announced one week prior to Something Wonderful and in addition to the grand prize winners and runner-up, all contestants are invited to bring their totems for a photo op at the Disco Donnie for President headquarters at the festival.
