Lost & Found
If you lost a personal item at Ultimate Music Experience, don’t freak out – yet. You can still recover IDs, cell phones, personal clothing items and more at the lost and found located at the ticket booth for the duration of the festival. Their hours are:
- Thursday, March 13 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Friday, March 14 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Saturday, March 15 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
After the gates close for UME, you can call the venue at 956-772-7873 ext. 3211 or ext 0.
