The Lost Kings have quickly risen to one of the most talked about American DJ duo in dance music today. Robert Gainley and Dr. No, knew of each other for a while but it wasn’t until sharing a bottle of whiskey one night in their hometown of Los Angeles that they decided to collaborate. They sobered up, locked themselves in the studio, and looked at each other with disbelief from what they created. The Lost Kings found each other. Over the last year, they have toured the country playing clubs and festivals alike, creating official remixes for the likes of Imagine Dragons, Echosmith, Krewella, Vance Joy, Life of Dillon, Halsey, Tori Kelly. Each hitting #1 on the Hype Machine Chart they have managed to generate a considerable buzz in the dance music blogosphere.

Don Diablo

Dutch DJ / producer Don Diablo was born and raised in Holland and is currently working on rapidly expanding his discography in between his global touring schedule. After scoring multiple number one hits on Beatport he became the #3 selling artist of the year in 2015 and also managed to rack up over a hundred million views on Youtube in the same year. In the meanwhile the Dutchman also became an in demand remixer, adding names like Madonna, Ed Sheeran, Rudimental, Birdy and many others to his portfolio.

In his Amsterdam based studio he has collaborated and produced with artists like Kelis, Alex Clare, Example, Diplo and Tiësto to name a few. In 2015 he also launched his “HEXAGON” record label, the first release held the no. 1 position on Beatport for almost two weeks and the label was awarded “best new label of the year”. An obvious dream start for a label with a great future ahead. Warner Brothers also asked Don to create the worldwide theme song for the highly anticipated “Batman Arkham Origins” game. The track and the accompanying video became an instant viral hit racking up millions of Youtube plays and global hype.

Don’s firm radio support in tastemaker countries like the U.K. and the U.S.A. introduced the Dutchman to a wider audience this year. His own HEXAGON radio show is currently aired in over 35 countries and holds a solid top 10 position in the iTunes podcast section every week, thus reaching millions of people across the planet.

In October 2015, during the annual DJMag Top100 awards, Don was awarded with the “highest climber of the year” prize, moving 52 places up the list from 82 to 30.His packed travel schedule headlining nearly every major club and festival around the world are also evident proof of his ever growing worldwide fan base. Don’s many other passion projects like directing music videos, working on movie soundtracks and setting up his own fashion brand make it even more clear that it is safe to assume you can expect to hear a lot more from the ambitious Dutchman in the years to come.

Wax Motif

Danny Chien doesn’t believe in hype. Better known as Wax Motif, he’s regarded as a major orchestrator in the G-House sound. However, Chien isn’t content on producing the same sound. He’s ready for more challenging work.

With musical influences like R&B, disco and UK bass, the Australian-born producer brings an unique style to the studio, which makes him a highly sought-after producer. Chien released tracks Diplo’s Mad Decent, A-Trak’s Fool’s Gold, and Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak Records as well as a host of remixes for the likes of YG, Kid Ink, Chromeo, Deadmau5 and Warren G’. His work on Destructo’s album on Interscope includes the likes of Ty Dolla Sign, YG, Freddie Gibbs, Problem and Kurupt.

Multi-Platinum selling artist Timmy Trumpet is currently ranked Australia’s #1 DJ (ITM Awards 2015-16), averaging 10 flights a week, and juggling over 200 shows per year including major clubs and festivals around the world. His latest smash “Freaks” featuring Savage has dominated charts and radio stations in 30+ countries with over 50 million views on YouTube, making it Ministry of Sound’s highest ever selling single.

No stranger to the limelight, Timmy Trumpet won ‘Young Musician of the Year’ at age 13 before being granted a full scholarship to the Conservatorium of Music, where Sydney Symphony Orchestra’s Anthony Heinrich tutored him. Within two years he secured a position as the leading solo trumpet player in the Australian All-Star Stage Band, taking part in an extensive European tour covering some of the world’s biggest Jazz Festivals. After developing perfect pitch at a young age, Timmy’s progression into dance music has been propelled by his ability to effortlessly mix in-key whilst mastering the art of improvisation allowing a seamless transition from jazz to dance music.

“After discovering Jazz I began to jam over everything and anything, mainly stuff on the radio. It wasn’t long until I discovered house music, met a DJ, and then played my first gig. I drove home that night knowing this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.”

The Live DJ/Trumpet cross-over experiment proved a great success, providing the launching pad for an acclaimed career in dance music production. Timmy now boasts a catalogue of hits including ‘The Buzz’ (Beatport #1) ‘Hipsta’ (ARIA Club #1) ‘Freaks’ (5 x Platinum) as well as a string of successes with labels like Dutch powerhouse Spinnin’ Records, Hussle and Universal Music.

Timmy is following up the success of his release ‘Toca’ featuring Carnage and KSHMR, with an assortment of high profile collaborations and original tracks. In between studio sessions, Timmy is touring the world, having booked European, Asian, American and Australian tours for 2016. Timmy is set on bringing his captivating shows to crowds, clubs and festivals for years to come.
