Parking
Parking is included with your ticket and will be available directly onsite. Once you arrive, please follow the onsite signage to parking attendants who will guide you to the lot.
Acceptable Identification
This event is all ages, and 21+ to drink. Before you head to the venue, make sure your ID is good to go!
- Any US or Canada government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth.
- Foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.
- Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
- DMV Paper ID valid only with expired ID in hand. Please note, at the discretion of security, a second form of identification, such as a passport or government-issued ID, may be required to verify age.
Tickets
To expedite entry, please have your ticket confirmation printed or pulled up on your phone prior to reaching the entry gates so we can quickly and easily scan you into the event.
For the safety of you and other guests, re-entry is not allowed once you have exited the park grounds.
- General Admission Access: This ticket includes entry into Sound Wave and limited access to Lago Mar lagoon via the shore beach, NOT the Island, Peninsula, Sandy Cove or Titan Slide. GA guests can pay a $20.00 upgrade to get access to the other amenities on site at Lago Mar Lagoon.
- VIP Access: This ticket includes entry into Sound Wave and full access to the Lago Mar Lagoon plus: express entry, collectable VIP laminate & lanyard, exclusive VIP bar and full access to venue amenities.
- Pre-purchased Cabanas: Cabanas purchased online include 6 admission VIP tickets and 1 bottle for bottle service. Cabana locations are picked on a first come first serve basis.

Additional Venue Information
You are welcome to bring your own towels, blankets and protective sun gear. Personal umbrellas and canopies are not allowed but you can bring a beach chair, but it can not have an umbrella attached. This is a cashless venue. Credit/debit cards & forms of cashless payment are accepted.
Prescription Medication
Prescription Medications are allowed, if accompanied by a script from your doctor, with the name matching your ID and medicine bottle and only the dose for that day. No narcotics will be allowed.

- NO Pre-Filled Refillable Vape Devices (Chambers must arrive empty).
- NO Unsealed Tampons.

- NO Musical Instruments (Including Whistles, etc).

- NO Professional-Grade Tripods, Monopods, Go-Pro Sticks.
- NO Fireworks, Flammable Products, Projectiles, or Explosives.
- NO Chinese Lanterns.
- NO Weapons of any Kind (Including Pocket Knives, Pepper Spray, etc).
- NO Professional Recording Equipment – Photo, Video, or Audio (Including Detachable Lenses, Tripods, Big Zooms, etc).
- NO Vending Without Permit.
- NO Drones or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
- NO Bicycles, Scooters, Go Carts, Skate Boards, Hoverboards, or ATVs.
- NO Open Fires or Grills.
- NO Generators.
- NO Pets (Unless it’s a service animal).
- NO Items deemed as posing a threat to the safe enjoyment of the concert by management.
