DISCO U: Shadow to Spotlight offers a fast-paced environment, insight into the various areas of festival production, and networking opportunities. Job shadowing can be an excellent way to learn about a professional's day-to-day responsibilities and decide whether their career appeals to you.
DDP festivals are a good fit for those with an interest in stage production, promoting, talent booking, marketing, HR, sponsorship, media, and/or art.

The selected candidate will also receive a paid stipend for the weekend, a roundtrip flight to a DDP festival, festival transportation to and from the event, and hotel accommodations for the duration of the event.
