Kaskade to headline Something Wicked!

Disco Donnie Presents and NightCulture, Inc. have confirmed electronic dance music artist Kaskade will headline Something Wicked Electronic Music Festival set to take place Halloween weekend, Saturday, Oct. 27 at Sam Houston Race Park in Houston.

Having just returned from the biggest North American Tour of his career, Kaskade has recently moved back into the studio to start recording new music but will enthusiastically take time away for Disco Donnie to headline this unique new event.

“I heard from Disco Donnie that they were doing a Halloween special and looking for a headliner,” said Kaskade. “I was more than happy to get back on the road again and I am excited to headline such a unique show. Halloween is a fun time of year and I’m sure it will make this event particularly fun.”

The Halloween themed electronic music festival will also feature global heavy weight electronic acts Nero (dj set), Flux Pavilion and Zedd, as well as other international performers such as Danny Avila, Deorro, Jack Beats, Killsonik, Le Castle Vania, Modestep, Tritonal, tyDi, W&W, and Zomboy.

Sam Houston Race Park, in addition to a regular schedule of horse racing, has also played host to Vans Warped Tour, Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival, Cirque Du Soleil as well as artists such as Blue October and Ghostland Observatory. Something Wicked will be the first all day electronic dance music festival to take place at the venue.

Disco Donnie Presents Teams With Adventure Club!

Praised for their melodic song structures and most notoriously, their love of free music, Québécois production duo, Adventure Club, has undoubtedly established a truly devoted following in just a little over a year since their initial inception. Between maintaining a hectic tour schedule, spreading their signature Clubstep to the masses, and still managing to keep a comedic approach to it all, Adventure Club (Christian Srigley, Leighton James) has definitely had quite an eventful year.

And the closing of this year should be no different, as Disco Donnie Presents is proud to bring this on fire duo to a city near you!

Thank You Isla Del Sol Fest!

Disco Donnie Presents, Global Groove Events, and Sugar Society would like to give a huge, and humbling thank you to the stars, the lights and the fans who shone bright deep in the heart of Texas this past weekend! Thousands of you came to the first annual Isla Del Sol Fest and set record breaking attendance for dance music events in the Rio Grande Valley!

While you all danced together amidst the palm trees and flashing lights, artists like Armin Van Buuren, Kaskade, and Dada Life provided the etheric soundtrack for the tropical paradise Schlitterbahn Waterpark was transformed into! Thanks again for making the first Isla Del Sol Fest a perfect success!

Sound Wave Music Festival Returns September 29, 2012!

Disco Donnie Presents and Steve LeVine Entertainment & Public Relations (SLE) are proud to bring you the third installment of Sound Wave Music Festival on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Big Surf Waterpark in Tempe, Arizona. Perfectly located on the outskirts of Phoenix, Sound Wave features live art exhibits, three stages, and cutting-edge production, making it the first event of its kind to ever hit the “enriched” state. Not only will Billboard topping, singer, songwriter, and producer Calvin Harris headline this one-of-a-kind event, but a portion of the proceeds will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona as well!

SLE frontman, Steve LeVine says, “We are thrilled to announce the return of Sound Wave Music Festival this September.
